Derek and First Fruits were amazing. We had some issues with a leaky roof that had been “patched” and “repaired” multiple times in the past. The crew found the actual problem and repaired it prior to putting on the new roofing. It would have been easy to ignore and we would have never known - but the details like this are easily the reason I would recommend First Fruits to anybody.
It was a pleasure working with First Fruits Construction. Derek helped us with scoping the project. Love the tech they used as well to give us a full view of how the project would look like completed. And it was fast. Pricing was very reasonable as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Their communication was excellent. The job was done on schedule and we were very pleased with the outcome. We had 2 minor issues but First Fruits addressed them right away with no extra charges.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I absolutely had to share my family’s outstanding experience with First Fruits Construction. Our home took some extensive wind and hail damage and our insurance company was giving us the run around. Derrick interceded on our behalf and a few weeks later, we had a beautiful new roof. The roofing crew was exceptional and very professional, completing the full remodel in a day and cleaning up so well, you couldn’t tell they had come. From beginning to end, First Fruits Construction’s communication, knowledge, and skill were top notch! If you’re looking for hassle free value and quality, without the inflated price tag in the DSM area I HIGHLY recommend calling Derrick and First Fruits Construction.
Had a wonderful experience with First Fruit Construction replacing our roof. They were able to do it in 8 hours while we were at work. Came home to an amazing new roof that hasn’t had any issues as expected. Ian was very pleasing to work with and answered all our questions timely! I would highly recommend this team.
